Housekeeping Attendant – Job DescriptionResponsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping facilities according to hotel standards. Ensures guest comfort, timely room servicing, and proper handling of housekeeping supplies and equipment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities.
- Replenish guest supplies and toiletries as per hotel standards.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitization.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items to the supervisor.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
- Follow proper lost & found procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping stores and work areas.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning assignments.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status and guest requests.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Provide courteous and skilled service to guests.
