- Pick products from designated locations based on customer orders.
- Verify product names, quantities, and expiry dates before packing.
- Pack products securely according to company guidelines.
- Ensure fragile, chilled, frozen, and other products are handled appropriately.
- Maintain accuracy and speed while processing orders.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Coordinate with Shift In-Charge, Store Manager, and delivery partners.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products immediately.
- Support stock arrangement and other store activities when required.
