Hotel Night Front Desk Executive | Fixed Night Shift

Hotel Kwality, Paharganj, Current Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000–₹16,000 per month, depending on experience

Shift: Fixed night shift — 6 pm to 8 am

Hotel Kwality is looking for a reliable person to handle the front desk during the night. This is a permanent night-shift position, with no routine rotation to the day shift.

Responsibilities

- Handle late check-ins, early check-outs and guest enquiries.
- Manage bookings, room allocation, billing and payments in the hotel PMS.
- Check guest details and maintain accurate front desk records.
- Reconcile the night shift’s cash and digital payments.
- Prepare a clear handover for the morning team, including pending guest requests and any incidents.
- Coordinate with security and contact management when an issue needs escalation.

Requirements

- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning hotel software; eZee experience is an advantage.
- Able to communicate with guests in Hindi and English.
- Careful with cash and records, punctual, and comfortable working independently at night.
