We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage investment operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, Relationship Managers, product teams, and service providers.

- Key Responsibilities: Process new client onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate with AMC, CAMS/KFin Technologies, Insurance, PMS, AIF and other product/service teams.
- Handle client/RM queries and transaction-related requirements.
- Reconcile Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF and other Third-Party Product AUM.
- Execute/track transactions on BSE, CAMS/KFin Technologies and other platforms.
- Update and maintain transaction and portfolio data in back-office systems.
- Prepare portfolio MIS, monthly/quarterly reports and capital gain statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and RMs.




- Identify and escalate discrepancies and exceptions.
- Participate in client engagement and collaboration calls.
- Skills & ExperienceGraduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Management or related field; candidates from good B-Schools preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Go-getter with a Can-Do attitude.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and customer-centricity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
