Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse work: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Maintain and update all working sheets, including platform supply sheets, inventory, petty cash, bills, wastage, returns, attendance and any other records the warehouse needs
- Keep stock records accurate by SKU and batch, with regular stock counts
- Dispatch e-commerce and quick commerce POs on time and in full, including appointment booking and ASNs
- Accompany the vehicle for deliveries when needed and make sure stock is handed over correctly
- Resolve GRN issues, short receipts and rejections with platform teams
- Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging suppliers and transporters
- Manage and guide the warehouse staff
- Share daily stock and dispatch updates

Requirements

- 3+ years of warehouse or supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce
- Experience supplying to e-commerce or quick commerce platforms
- Comfortable working on a laptop, with positive skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to handle email and communicate with platform teams over WhatsApp and mail
- Familiar with GST invoices and e-way bills
- Knowledge of FSSAI storage norms is a plus
