We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor for our aerosol manufacturing plant in Tronica City. The role involves managing plant operations, supervising staff, maintaining stock, and coordinating with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and packing operations at the plant
- Manage factory staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain raw material and finished goods stock records
- Plan and follow up on purchase orders with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate with management for production planning
- Ensure proper handling of materials, machines, and tools
- Maintain basic production and purchase documentation
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety at the plant
Requirements:
- Experience in factory operations / production supervision
- Experience in purchase coordination or inventory management
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills
- Candidate should be willing to work at Tronica City industrial area
