Job Overview

Pronivy Digital Ad Agency is hiring an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader for our office in Sector 63, Noida. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of pre-sales and telecalling executives to drive target achievement, ensure high call quality, and maintain smooth daily sales operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in telecalling or sales management, has excellent leadership capabilities, and knows how to keep a team motivated and productive in a target-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Team Operations: Manage daily team operations from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, ensuring schedule adherence, daily call volume management, and high team productivity across 6 working days.

Target & Pipeline Management: Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, prospect qualification, and sales-ready meetings.

Coaching & Quality Assurance:



Conduct regular call monitoring, pitch audits, live call support, and script training to help executives overcome objections and increase conversions.

Sales Alignment: Coordinate closely with direct sales managers to pass fully qualified client leads and maintain high lead-to-sale handover standards.

Performance Tracking: Maintain daily report logs (MS Excel/Sheets) tracking team call counts, talk time, conversion rates, and individual Executive metrics for management reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or as a Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader.

Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, team handling, and conflict resolution skills.

Communication: Excellent spoken Hindi and working knowledge of English to coach callers and handle escalations.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM/Dialer operations.
