* Conduct vehicle quality inspections and End-of-Line (EOL) quality audits.

* Inspect vehicle assembly, electrical systems, wiring harness and overall vehicle integration.

* Check EV components including Battery Pack, Motor, Controller, BMS, Charger & Wiring Harness.

* Verify software versions and diagnostic fault codes using approved diagnostic tools.

* Support prototype, pilot builds and vehicle validation activities.

* Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality and Service teams for quality issues.

* Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone & Pareto Analysis.

* Support implementation and verification of CAPA.

* Inspect incoming EV parts and components whenever required.

* Support supplier quality audits and corrective action validation.

* Monitor quality performance of critical EV components.

* Contribute to continuous improvement and reduction of vehicle defects.
