About the RoleSapient Realty Solutions is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content for residential and commercial real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a creative eye, and an understanding of social media content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality videos for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs, project videos, and promotional content.
- Edit raw footage provided by photographers, videographers, and the marketing team.
- Add music, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, graphics, animations, and other visual effects.
- Create videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop engaging property tour and walkthrough videos highlighting project features and amenities.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to understand content requirements.
- Maintain consistency with Sapient Realty's branding and visual guidelines.
- Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, and digital assets.




- Ensure all videos are completed within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current Reels, Shorts, real estate video, and social media editing trends.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of video editing and post-production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, transitions, typography, and basic motion graphics.
- Positive understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios.
- Creative storytelling and strong visual sense.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Film Making, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Experience in real estate, digital marketing, advertising, or social media content will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of photography/videography is an added advantage.
