We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate sales team in Patancheru, Hyderabad.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain our residential projects.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.
- Update lead and customer information regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into site visits and sales.
- Requirements12th pass or above.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Telugu/Hindi communication will be an advantage.
- Candidates with real estate, telesales or telecalling experience are preferred.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls and following up with customers.

Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Average Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Earning Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
