SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLER – KJ JEWELLERS

Job Role: Social Media Handler

Responsibilities:

- Manage KJ Jewellers’ Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media accounts.
- Create and post attractive content, including jewellery photos, reels, videos, offers and festival promotions.
- Plan a regular social media posting schedule.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and promotional content.
- Respond to customer comments, messages and enquiries professionally.
- Promote special offers, schemes, new jewellery collections and store events.
- Coordinate with the sales team to collect product photos, videos and offer details.
- Monitor social media engagement and provide regular performance updates.




- Stay updated with current social media trends and create relevant reels/content.
- Maintain a professional and attractive brand image for KJ Jewellers.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or similar design/video-editing apps.
- Positive communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and knowledge of social media trends.
- Ability to take attractive jewellery photos and videos.
- Previous experience in jewellery/fashion retail marketing is an advantage.
