About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting Hirevoo’s solutions, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Hirevoo solutions.
- Conduct sales discussions and product/service presentations with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,
and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of sales and client handling.
- Confident personality with strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
