Job Role: ITI Fitter & Welder (Fabrication + Site Installation)

Salary: ₹16,000 Fixed Take-Home + Daily Site Allowance (Batta) + Overtime (OT)

Work Responsibilities:

1. Workshop Fabrication (60%):

- Cutting, grinding, and welding of MS and GI square tubes.

- Framework creation for signage boards, lightboxes, and metal structures.

- ARC / MIG welding with clean finishing.

2. Site Installation (40%):

- Installing signage frames and structures on customer sites.

- Anchor fastener fixing on walls and structural supports.

- Working on scaffolding and ladders (Must be comfortable with heights).

Requirements:

- Education: ITI in Fitter, Welder, or Sheet Metal.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in metal fabrication or welding shop.

- Must know how to use angle grinders, chop saws, and drilling machines accurately.

- Valid 2-wheeler license preferred.

- Freshers please DO NOT apply.
