Job Responsibilities:

- Pack hardware/spare parts safely and properly for dispatch.
- Load and unload goods/materials from vehicles.
- Check quantity and condition of material during packing and dispatch.
- Arrange and organize packed goods in the warehouse.
- Assist in shifting and handling stock as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area.
- Manage and maintain daily stock records and inventory.
- Receive incoming material and verify quantity and condition.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse organization.
- Prepare and manage dispatch orders and invoices/documents.
- Packing, loading, unloading and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure correct material is dispatched as per order.
- Maintain inward/outward stock records and update inventory regularly on Google sheet.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and delivery teams.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
