Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, planning, cost control, quality, safety, manpower management, and timely completion of the project.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOverall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of civil construction projects.
- Manage project activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Manage project manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources effectively.
- Control project costs, budgets, material consumption, and productivity.




- Review and approve work plans, method statements, and construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC and Safety teams to maintain required quality and HSE standards.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines and specifications.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management/client.
- Coordinate billing, measurements, variations, extra items, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of project records, approvals, inspections, and reports.
- Resolve site-level technical and operational issues in coordination with concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Lead and motivate project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Ensure successful project handover and completion within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
