Once the candidates are shortlisted/selected, kindly share the following documents for further processing:
1. Candidates Screening Questionnaire (Filled and Signed by candidates) along with your internal screenings documents , if any
2. Recent Passport Size Photograph
3. Medical Fitness Certificate (as per the attached format) issued by an MBBS Doctor
4. Aadhaar Card Copy
5. PAN Card Copy
6. Educational Qualification Certificates (ITI candidates preferred)
7. Blood group receipt.
8. Mobile Number and Email ID
Note: The name on the Aadhaar Card and PAN Card should be same. Any discrepancy in the name may delay the onboarding process.
