Jasmalli Interio is a growing interior design firm based in Bhubaneswar, specializing in creative, functional, and client-focused interior solutions. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Interior Designer who can independently manage projects, handle clients, generate new business opportunities, and lead the design and execution process.

Job Overview

The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing interior design projects from lead generation and client consultation through design development, execution, and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and identify potential interior design clients.

* Handle client enquiries, consultations, presentations, and regular follow-ups.

* Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project expectations.

* Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts.

* Prepare layouts, working drawings, 3D designs, and client presentations.

* Manage interior projects from concept to completion.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

* Monitor site execution and ensure designs are implemented as per specifications.

* Manage project timelines, materials, budgets, and deliverables.

* Conduct regular site visits and resolve design or execution-related issues.

* Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.





* Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

* Guide and coordinate with junior designers and project team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

* Certification in Interior Designing will be an added advantage.

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or other relevant design software.

* Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, finishes, and execution processes.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Robust project management and coordination abilities.

* Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Architect or Interior Designer with relevant project and leadership experience.

* Strong experience in client handling and project presentations.

* Proven ability to manage projects independently from design to execution.

* Strong business development and lead-conversion skills.

* Professional attitude with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
