? Hiring | Head of Telesales

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Experience: 6–8 Years

Leadership Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: ₹14–16 LPA

Looking for a strong and result-oriented Head of Telesales to lead and scale a large telesales function.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing 80+ telesales executives & Team Leads

• Strong experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Inbound Calling

• Candidates from BPO, Insurance, BFSI, Retail or other high-volume customer-facing environments preferred

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

• Proven leadership and team-management experience

• Solid understanding of KPIs, conversion, call quality & CRM

• Ability to drive walk-ins, conversions and sales performance
