About the RoleWe are looking for experienced and motivated Telecallers / Lead Generation Executives to generate qualified leads and appointments for a leading life insurance company.

The selected candidate will work from home and contact prospective customers in Bangalore, understand their basic financial protection and insurance requirements, create interest, and schedule appointments with our Sales Manager.

You will NOT be responsible for closing the sale. The Sales Manager will meet the customer, explain the appropriate products, complete the sales process and close the business.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers in Bangalore.
- Understand the prospect's basic insurance and financial-planning requirements.
- Generate genuine and qualified leads.
- Explain the purpose and benefits of life insurance within the approved calling framework.
- Identify prospects interested in protection, children's education, retirement planning and other financial goals.
- Fix appointments with interested prospects for our Sales Manager.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups and appointments.
- Update the company's CRM/lead-management system regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.

Candidate ProfileWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Life insurance telecalling
- Insurance telesales
- Insurance lead generation
- Banking/financial-services telecalling
- BPO/telecalling with financial-product experience

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with 3–10+ years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Experience specifically in life insurance telecalling will be an advantage.

Languages: Good English and Hindi. Kannada will be an advantage.

Work From Home RequirementsThe company will provide/arrange a dedicated calling number/SIM and the required calling process.

The candidate should have:

- Smartphone
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet place to make professional calls
- Laptop/computer where required
- Ability to work during agreed business hours

Call activity and performance will be monitored through company systems and daily reporting.

Training & CertificationSelected candidates will receive appropriate training on:

- Life insurance fundamentals
- Customer qualification
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Approved calling process and scripts
- Customer communication and compliance requirements

Candidates who meet the applicable requirements may also be supported for the relevant insurance training/certification/authorization required for their role.

CompensationFixed Pay: ₹7,000 per month

Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 for each eligible policy successfully issued and premium received, subject to the applicable company incentive structure.

High performers can earn significantly more through performance incentives.

ImportantThis is primarily a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting role.

You are not expected to travel to meet customers or close policies. Our Sales Manager will handle customer meetings and the final sales process.
