? Position: International Chat Support Executive

- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or above
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Excellent written communication skills in English are mandatory
- Good typing speed and customer service skills are preferred

? Salary & Advantages

- CTC: ₹23,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month

? Shift Details: International Night Shift Process

- Operational Window:



4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
- Any 9-hour shift within the shift window
- 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

? Training: Paid training conducted during daytime hours

? Cab Facility: Available during odd hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

- Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist international customers through live chat support
- Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Meet productivity and performance targets
