We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to manage the complete sales cycle through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on new sales opportunities through inbound leads, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services based on their business needs.
- Explain product/service features, pricing, terms, and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
- Conduct online meetings, virtual presentations, and product/service demonstrations when required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and commercial negotiations professionally.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



conversations, quotations, bookings, and payments in the company's CRM or tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Accounts Teams to ensure smooth onboarding and payment completion.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and other digital sales platforms.
- Prior experience in inside sales, B2B sales, tele-sales, real estate, coworking, virtual office, or business services will be an advantage.
