Responsible for providing on site service (customers home), repair, preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and technical support for Maeka water systems.
Key Duties:
- Attend service calls and customer visits assigned through CRM.
- Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Update service reports, jobsheets, observations and work in CRM.
- Maintain tools and spare parts provided by the company.
- Coordinate with the support team and follow Maeka service standards.
