Job Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to customers for loan payment collection and follow-ups.

· Remind customers about overdue payments and due dates.

· Handle customer queries related to payments professionally.

· Maintain accurate call records and update collection status.

· Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.

· Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Candidate Requirements:

· 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, collection, or customer service.

· Valuable communication and convincing skills.

· Basic English and Hindi communication.

· Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.
