- Candidate Requirements2–3 years of experience in the home loan, mortgage loan, or banking industry.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation, banking procedures, and loan processing.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, email, and office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple customer files and follow-ups efficiently.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to home loans and mortgage loans.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer KYC and loan documents.
- Follow up on loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Update customers regularly regarding loan application status.
- Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
