Minimum Qualification: diploma in Electrician Trade from a recognized institute & graduate.
Preferred Experience: 1–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance of commercial buildings, offices, or industrial facilities.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical fixtures, lighting, power outlets, and related systems.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime.
- Monitor the functioning of electrical panels, UPS systems, DG sets, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues and ensure protected operation.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company safety policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during electrical installation and maintenance activities.
- Support office fit-out activities related to electrical infrastructure.
- Maintain inventory of electrical tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Perform any other electrical maintenance tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
