- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and account reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliances.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable and cash flow.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
