Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IndiaMART listings, enquiries & leads

• Make calling/follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into customers

• Manage the Instagram page

• Create and post Reels, product videos & social media content

• Manage Google Business Profile and keep it updated

• Create and manage WhatsApp Groups for existing clients

• Regularly post new products, offers & updates in client groups

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer enquiries

• Coordinate with the store/team for product information, pricing and availability

Candidate Requirements:

• Positive communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with calling & follow-ups

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, WhatsApp & Google Business

• Experience with IndiaMART will be an advantage

• Should be proactive, creative and responsible

• Prior experience in sales + digital marketing preferred
