Job Description: We are looking for responsible and hardworking Pest Control Technicians to join our team. The technician will be responsible for visiting residential and commercial locations, inspecting pest-related issues, carrying out pest control treatments safely and effectively, and providing positive customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations as per the assigned schedule.
- Inspect premises and identify pest infestations and potential pest-entry points.
- Carry out pest control treatments for cockroaches, ants, termites, mosquitoes, rodents, and other common pests.
- Use pest control equipment, chemicals, and safety gear properly.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures and basic preventive measures to customers.
- Maintain proper records of completed services and customer feedback.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and properly maintained.
- Handle customers professionally and courteously.
- Report any major infestation, safety issue, or technical problem to the supervisor.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and service instructions.
- RequirementsPrevious pest control experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work at different customer locations.
- Basic communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and company procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in different environments.
- Two-wheeler driving experience/license is preferred.
