Position Summary Seeking a senior consultant who combines deep Workday integration expertise with transformation leadership. This role is expected to act as a strategic advisor to HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leadership while leading complex integrations, modernization initiatives, automation efforts, and operational excellence programs. Create integration strategy documentation. Conduct architecture reviews. Ensure scalability and maintainability. Own technical debt reduction initiatives. Operational Excellence Define SLA frameworks. Establish monitoring dashboards. Improve support models. Implement automation opportunities. Reduce manual intervention points.
