Our IT plays a key role in enabling efficient and secure day-to-day operations. Your Role You are responsible for the operation, security, and continuous improvement of our IT systems. This role combines hands-on administration , user and device management , and coordination with external partners , along with contributing to technical and operational decisions. Responsibilities Core IT Operations & Security · Ensure secure and stable operation of IT systems (security, monitoring, incident handling) · Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services · Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues · Implement and maintain security best practices across endpoints and cloud systems Identity, Access & Device Management · Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning) · Administer Microsoft Intune (MDM) for device compliance and configuration · Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including roles, policies, and Conditional Access · Enforce access control, permissions, and security policies Data & Platform Security · Protect and manage data security in OneDrive, SharePoint, and Dataverse · Manage Bitwarden password management (vaults, access policies, hygiene) · Support DNS-layer and endpoint security tools (e.g., SafeDNS if applicable) Tools,



Monitoring & Improvement · Monitor systems using relevant tools and continuously improve configurations · Support vulnerability tracking and remediation coordination (e.g., SecPod/SanerNow if applicable) · Build and maintain documentation (SOPs, configurations, runbooks) Web & Collaboration Platforms · Maintain and update the Samlicon website (Wix platform) · Manage company presence on LinkedIn (posts, updates, basic analytics) Collaboration & Governance · Coordinate and manage external IT/service providers · Collaborate with internal teams on tooling, improvements, and architecture decisions · Support compliance and security initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001 readiness) What You Bring · Experience in IT administration in a cloud-based environment · Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Entra ID, Intune, M365) · Experience with user management, MDM, and access control · Hands-on experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and endpoint management · Understanding of IT security, identity & access management, and system hardening · Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall concepts) · Ability to manage vendors and take ownership of systems · Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset ⭐ Nice-to-Haves · Experience with Zero Trust or modern security models · Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar frameworks · Experience with tools like Bitwarden, SafeDNS, SecPod or similar · Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix or similar) · Experience working in agile or scaling environments What We Offer · A central role with real ownership and impact · Modern, cloud-first IT environment · Opportunity to shape systems and processes · Direct collaboration with decision-makers · Flexible hybrid working model
