Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor/Team Lead Company : UpGrad Study Abroad Location : Noida Work Days : Mon–Sat Timings : 10:30-7:30 Role Overview : The Senior Admission Counsellor/Team Lead is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities : •Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs. •Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs. •Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions. •Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups. •Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers. Eligibility : •3 years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred). •Min 1 year of Team Lead experience. •Minimum 1 year stability in previous organization. •Graduation mandatory. •Proven target achievement record. •Comfortable working 6 days/week. •Robust communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.
