About the job EDIO is an electronics repair-tech company building tools, devices, training solutions, and intelligent systems for repair professionals across India. We are looking for a results-driven D2C Sales Head to build and lead our direct-to-customer sales operations. You will be responsible for increasing product sales through calls, WhatsApp, our website, social media, events, and technician communities. Responsibilities Develop and execute EDIO’s D2C sales strategy. Own monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets. Convert leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, the website, and events. Recruit, train, and manage the inside-sales team. Build structured lead follow-up and customer-retention processes. Improve conversion rate, average order value, upselling, and repeat purchases. Manage the customer journey from enquiry to payment and delivery. Track sales performance using CRM reports and dashboards. Coordinate with marketing, product, logistics, and customer-support teams. Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the product team.



Requirements 3–7 years of experience in D2C, inside sales, telesales, e-commerce, or consumer-electronics sales. Experience managing sales targets and leading a team. Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Knowledge of CRM, lead management, WhatsApp sales, and sales funnels. Ability to analyse sales data and improve team performance. Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language. Experience in electronics, tools, appliances, spare parts, or technical products is preferred.
