✅ Current Workday Integration & Studio Certification

✅ Workday Advanced Data Conversion Certification

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

? Strong experience in Integration and People Leadership roles within technical workstreams

? Experience across 3 or more Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations , covering at least two implementation phases

? HCM / Financials Integration Lead experience is a MUST

? Minimum 4 years of consulting experience

? Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Business, Financial discipline ,



or relevant equivalent experience

? Willingness to travel based on business requirements and work extended hours when necessary

? Data conversion and integration processes

? Problem solving & process improvement

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ 5+ years of Integration experience covering scope definition, requirements gathering, solution development, troubleshooting, and process improvement

✔ Strong experience in estimation, implementation planning & project management

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration

✔ Proven ability to mentor, train and professionally develop team members across technical and project-management areas

✔ Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills

✔ Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships based on trust and collaboration

✔ Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities

✔ Solid desire to continuously learn new tools, technologies, methodologies and concepts
