As a semi-governmental establishment, the club promotes structured fitness routines, yogic practices, sports, and games alongside complete nutritional support. ONEIROS provides access to expert and advanced training, particularly in sports and swimming, to help individuals achieve their health and performance goals.

Role Description The Zumba Instructor is a full time, on-site role based at ONEIROS The Sports Club in Surat. The instructor will lead engaging Zumba classes for diverse age groups and fitness levels, demonstrating safe movements, proper technique, and motivating participants throughout each session. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning class routines and music playlists, adapting workouts for different abilities, and ensuring a safe, energetic, and inclusive studio environment.

The role also involves providing basic fitness guidance, encouraging consistent participation,



and collaborating with other trainers and staff to support club events and wellness programs. The instructor is expected to maintain skilled conduct, punctuality, and transparent communication with members and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Zumba-focused skills, including Zumba Instruction and Zumba-specific choreography.
- Candidates should possess fitness-related skills, such as Fitness Instruction and general exercise technique guidance.
- Candidates should possess educational and facilitation skills, including Teaching and group class management.
- Candidates should possess customer-facing skills, such as Customer Service and positive member engagement.
- Relevant Zumba certification or group fitness instructor certification is preferred.
- Experience conducting group fitness classes, especially dance-based or aerobics classes, is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, ability to motivate diverse participants, and commitment to safety and injury prevention are required.
- Availability for full-time on-site work, including early morning, evening, or weekend classes as scheduled.
