- 10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- FMCG industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Ice Cream / Dairy / Frozen Foods will be highly preferred.
- Strong experience in dealer, distributor, and channel management.
- Experience handling multiple states/regions.
- Proven experience in sales team management and target achievement.
- Solid business development and market expansion experience.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
