Key Responsibilities:

1. Rollout Delivery & Program Governance

- Drive acquisition, deployment, integration readiness, and RFAI delivery as per agreed SLAs.

- Monitor project progress against timelines, quality standards, and customer commitments.

- Track rollout KPIs and ensure closure of project milestones.

- Govern project reviews, risk assessment, and mitigation plans.

- Ensure First Time Right (FTR) execution across all rollout activities.

1. Site Readiness & Handover Excellence

- Ensure end-to-end site readiness for customer installation.

- Coordinate with acquisition, RF, legal, SCM, and deployment teams for timely site delivery.

- Drive issue resolution and remove deployment bottlenecks.

- Ensure seamless RFAI to RFS handover with complete documentation.

1. Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with ESH, PTW, statutory, and company safety requirements.

- Conduct quality audits and field inspections to maintain deployment standards.

- Drive adherence to SOPs, process governance, and customer quality expectations.

- Ensure closure of audit observations within agreed timelines.

- Promote a zero-harm safety culture across teams and partners.

1. Customer & Stakeholder Excellence

- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer rollout requirements.

- Partner with Acquisition, Legal, SCM, Operations, RF Planning, and Finance teams for successful delivery.





- Provide regular project status updates and escalation management.

- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive execution and communication.

1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Lead and mentor zonal project teams for high performance.

- Define goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching support.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure employee engagement and talent retention.

1. Cost & Asset Optimization

- Control project costs and ensure delivery within approved budgets.

- Minimize CWIP aging and reduce non-standard project expenditures.

- Monitor material utilization and prevent wastage.

- Drive productive asset deployment and inventory management.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency

Experience

- 8-10 years of experience in Telecom Rollout, Deployment, Project Management, or Network Infrastructure.

- Minimum 3-5 years of team management experience.

- Experience managing large-scale telecom rollout programs and partner ecosystems.
