Location- Rudrapur and Bengaluru

We are looking for a HR qualified with a knack for high-volume hiring in the BFSI sector to lead our recruitment across multiple branches!

Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Recruitment: Lead campus drives, bulk hiring, and frontline sales recruitment.

Full Lifecycle: Manage everything from sourcing and interviewing to final onboarding.

HR Operations: Handle documentation, compliance, and training coordination for new joiners.

Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads to align hiring with zonal targets.

Skills Required:

Core: Strong expertise in sales hiring, stakeholder engagement, and HR compliance.

Languages: Proficient in English & Hindi.

Preference: Male candidates preferred due to extensive travel requirements (15 days/month).

Preferred Experience: 5-8 years in BFSI, Insurance, Staffing Industry or Telecom.

Location: Rudrapur and Bengaluru
