- Recruitment:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talented individuals for different positions within the zone
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for selection
- Manage the onboarding process for recent hires and ensure a smooth transition
- Generalist HR Functions:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives
- Conduct performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance improvement.
- On boarding, Induction, System upload
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances,



and mediate conflicts within the zone
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development plans, and talent management activities
- Other HR-Related Activities:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the respective zone
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies
- Collaborate with the regional HR teams to share best practices, coordinate activities, and contribute to the overall HR strategy
