1. We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance in (NBFC / MFI / Banking preferred).
2. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned zones.
4. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit operations across RJ, UP & HR zones.
5. Collaborate with senior management to strengthen internal controls. Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and process reviews.
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
