About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Software Developer with 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, CRM customization, and AI-driven workflows.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with Zoho CRM/Creator, Python, SQL, APIs, workflow automation, and Agentic AI frameworks .

? Key Responsibilities & Skills

- 2+ years of experience in software development and automation
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One & Deluge
- CRM configuration, customization, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Good understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases
- Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows using n8n
- Hands-on experience with AWS Ubuntu/Linux environments




- Knowledge of Ubuntu CLI, SSH, server administration & application deployment
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks & third-party integrations
- Understanding of OAuth, API Keys & API authentication
- Familiarity with Git & version control
- Exposure to LLMs, AI Agents, MCP and automation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and documentation skills

? Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Zoho development, customization & implementation
- Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator certifications are preferred but not mandatory
