Gigaforge is building a technology-driven manufacturing operation, and we are looking for someone who can help us build the digital operating system for our factory.
We currently use Zoho Books and are now expanding into Zoho Creator to build a customized manufacturing management system.
What will you work on?
You will work directly with the Founder and Operations team to:
- Map and digitize our complete manufacturing workflow
- Customize controls and workflows around Zoho Books
- Build a customized MES / manufacturing management system using Zoho Creator
- Develop the flow from Raw Material Inward → RM Issue → Production → WIP → FG → QC → Packing → Dispatch
- Build systems for production tracking, inventory movement and process visibility
- Create dashboards for management to monitor factory operations
- Identify gaps in existing processes and design straightforward digital solutions
- Work with factory teams to understand the actual process and convert it into a working system
What we are looking for You don't need prior manufacturing experience.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong logical and structured thinking
- Ability to understand a process and break it into steps
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Interest in ERP, SaaS, automation and business systems
- Willingness to work closely with shop-floor and operations teams
- High ownership and ability to independently execute
- Curiosity to learn Zoho Creator / Deluge / ERP systems
Coding experience is not mandatory, but an interest in learning it will be an advantage. You will actually be involved in designing and building the systems that run a manufacturing plant.
