We are looking for a Zoho CRM Functional Consultant to manage, configure, and support our Zoho CRM and Zoho One ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical configurations, manage integrations, and drive CRM-related projects to successful delivery.
Qualification
B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. with a minimum of 34 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho One Suite, API integrations, and application management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM support activities and handle change requests, ensuring timely implementation of enhancements and effective issue resolution.
- Administer and manage Zoho CRM and the Zoho One application suite across the organization.
- Manage API integrations between Zoho CRM/Zoho One and internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Drive CRM-related initiatives using solid project management skills — managing timelines and ensuring successful delivery.
