We are looking for a Zoho Developer / CRM Consultant to manage and enhance multiple client projects primarily built on the Zoho ecosystem.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, including module customization, layouts, workflows, Blueprints, custom functions using Deluge, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho FSM, Zoho Forms, and integrations between Zoho applications would be preferred. The role may also involve working with REST APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp/third-party integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and client-specific customizations.
The candidate should be comfortable understanding business requirements, designing practical CRM solutions, handling ongoing enhancements/support, and independently troubleshooting issues.
Preferred skills: Zoho CRM, Deluge, Zoho Books, Zoho FSM, APIs/Webhooks, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and client communication.
