Infideck is looking for a YouTube & Social Media Growth Strategist who can help brands and creators grow their online presence and audience.

This role is focused on growth, strategy, analytics and content performance — not just posting content.

You will work with our creative, marketing and production teams to plan content, analyse performance, identify trends and improve results using modern tools, including AI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute YouTube and social media growth strategies.

Manage and improve YouTube channels and social media accounts.

Analyse YouTube Studio and social media analytics.

Improve views, subscribers, watch time, CTR, retention, engagement and reach.

Research trending topics, competitors and new content opportunities.

Develop strategies for titles, thumbnails, hooks, captions and content formats.

Plan and improve YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, posts, carousels and stories.

Identify high-performing content and create strategies to scale similar content.

Test different titles, thumbnails, hooks and content formats.

Improve YouTube SEO and content discoverability.

Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Work closely with designers, video editors, content writers and marketing teams.

Use AI tools for research, ideation, content planning and optimisation.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in YouTube, social media, digital marketing, content strategy or audience growth.

Hands-on experience managing and growing YouTube and social media channels.

Solid understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.

Strong interest in AI, digital marketing and emerging technologies.

Proven Portfolio – Mandatory

Applicants must have a proven portfolio of YouTube or social media growth work.

Good to Have

Experience managing multiple YouTube/social media accounts.

Experience with creator marketing or personal branding.

Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.

Experience with AI content, image or video-generation tools.

Basic knowledge of automation and no-code tools.

Experience with real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, B2B or service-based brands.
