Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete YouTube channel and content calendar.
- Develop and execute content planning YouTube growth strategies.
- Create and manage video content ideas, topics and content plans.
- Write engaging YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions and other content.
- Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, keywords, tags and search intent.
- Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention and engagement.
- Analyze YouTube Studio metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers Faculty.
- Plan and optimize YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions Community Posts.
- Track competitors, trends and new YouTube opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in YouTube Channel Management.
- Robust knowledge of YouTube SEO YouTube Analytics.
- Good content planning and content writing skills.
- Understanding of audience growth and content strategy.
- Strong analytical and creative approach.
- Experience in Education/EdTech will be an added advantage.
