About the Role

We are looking for a YouTube Content & Growth Manager who can take ownership of our YouTube channel and turn it into a major audience-growth and student-acquisition engine for our EdTech business. If you understand why people click, watch, subscribe, share, and eventually become customers, we want to hear from you. This is a growth + content ownership role, not simply a video production or social media position.

- YouTube Strategy

- Develop and execute the channel's growth strategy.
- Build monthly content calendars and content pillars.
- Identify high-potential topics based on search, trends, audience demand, and competitors.

- Content

- Develop high-performing video ideas, hooks, titles, and formats.
- Work with educators, scriptwriters, editors and designers.
- Build both long-form and YouTube Shorts content.

- Growth & Analytics

- Track CTR,



watch time, retention, views, subscribers, and returning viewers.
- Analyze what's working and continuously improve content.
- Test thumbnails, titles, hooks, formats, and publishing strategies.

- Business Impact

- Build YouTube into a meaningful source of qualified leads.
- Drive traffic to our website, courses, and other offerings.
- Work with the marketing team to improve YouTube-to-lead and YouTube-to-enrolment conversion.

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on YouTube/content/growth experience.
- Proven experience managing or growing a YouTube channel.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics, CTR, retention, watch time, and SEO.
- Excellent content ideation and storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of thumbnails, hooks, titles, and audience psychology.
- Data-driven mindset combined with strong creative instincts.
- Ability to independently manage multiple content projects and external/internal teams.
- Experience in EdTech, education, media, or creator businesses is a strong plus.
