About Us

Lighthouse Communities Foundation works with underserved youth to create pathways toward education, skills, employment, and sustainable livelihoods, bringing together youth, communities, government, corporates, and NGOs. About the Role

You'll work closely with youth to build their agency — the ability to make informed life and career decisions. Through facilitation, counseling, and mentorship, you'll support their emotional, social, and mental well-being while guiding them toward meaningful career paths.

What You'll Do

- Facilitate Learning: Conduct the Foundation Course (introductory program) for new students, ensuring completion and maintaining attendance
- Assess & Counsel: Facilitate counseling assessments to evaluate aptitude, personality, and career fit; guide students 1:1 based on results to help them make informed career choices
- Identify Gaps:



Compare assessment outcomes with counseling insights and take corrective action where needed
- Collaborate: Support team members and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment; inspire self-transformation and a strong, value-driven culture at the centre

What We're Looking For

- BA/MA in Psychology, Counseling, Training, or postgraduate in any field
- 1–2 years of experience, preferably in counseling or youth engagement
- Comfortable facilitating groups of 25–30 students
- Solid counseling, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; empathetic, patient, and a positive role model
- Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Passionate about youth development and social impact
