- Curate Experiences & Engagements for Youth: Create climate themed events that feel less like a classroom and more like a hangout. Workshops, pop-ups, or meetups that are genuinely fun, and relatable. Facilitate gatherings; enable meaningful conversations and give youth a social space to share their own ideas for the environment, and leave feeling inspired to take actions.
- Link Youth to Opportunities: Explore opportunities and platforms for our young changemakers to get exposure, build capacities or showcase their work. For example: Different youth climate forums, workshops, talks etc.
- Support Project Implementation: Provide proactive project management support, including monitoring timelines, invoices, and deliverables. Help with execution of on-ground events and initiatives. Help with overall strategy and long-term approach of the movement.

Key Requirements

- Passion for waste management & climate action.
- Ability to facilitate/host gatherings; a good speaker and orator.




- Ability to curate meaningful experiences for youth from a behavior change standpoint.
- 2-4 years of experience working with youth, preferably in community building, youth engagement, or mobilisation will be preferred, however Freshers with a robust interest in working with youth and community development are also encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of youth behavior, triggers and motivations (Gen Z & Gen Alpha).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; along with presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken & written).
