Job Location: New Delhi

Role Overview:

Young Professionals will support the Ministry in developing and executing communication material relating to Central Government policies, schemes, announcements, programmes, and events.

The role will involve content development, editing, graphic design (Preferred), digital communication, and video content creation (Preferred) in coordination with Ministry officers and other stakeholders.

Eligibility:

Age: Below 32 years as on 30th September 2026.

Educational Qualification:

Master's degree in journalism/ mass communication/ visual communication/ information arts/ Animation & Designing/ Literature & Creative Writing, or any relevant discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience after obtaining the Master's Degree.

Experience in communication, designing, marketing, animation, editing, book publishing, or related fields will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and edit communication material including press releases, policy briefs, fact sheets, speeches, and other official content.
- Create social media posts, infographics (Preferred), visual creatives(Preferred),



and other digital communication material.
- Support development of communication videos, including script writing and video editing (Preferred).
- Coordinate with Ministry officers, departments, and stakeholders for timely development of communication material.
- Ensure content is accurate, clear, consistent, and aligned with approved messaging, branding, and communication guidelines.
- Support digital and social media communication initiatives.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely delivery of assigned outputs.

Required Skills

- Strong writing, editing, journalism, and communication skills.
- Understanding of digital and social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva (Preferred).
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (Preferred).
- Ability to convert complex government policies and information into clear and engaging communication.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with government officers and multidisciplinary teams.
