About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Yarn Sourcing & R&D; Executive with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in yarn sourcing, development, and R&D;, specifically across blended yarns.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and develop blended and specialty yarns as per requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with reliable mills and suppliers.
- Manage yarn sampling, trials, quality, pricing, and development.
- Conduct R&D; for new yarn blends, qualities, and applications.
- Resolve technical and quality-related yarn issues.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and market knowledge.
- Have understanding of compliances.

Key Skills & Competencies

- 5+ years’ experience in textile yarn sourcing & R&D.;
- Strong technical knowledge of fibres, yarns, blends, and spinning.




- Experience in sourcing all types of blended yarns.
- Valuable supplier/mill network and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Textile / Yarn Technology background preferred.
